Life Coaching
Inua ᐃᓄᐊ offers 50-minute coaching sessions in-person at the SE office location or in-home/community for those living in Calgary and the surrounding area, and virtually through video chat and telephone in all areas of Alberta, BC, Manitoba, and Ontario.
All clients are invited to try a Movement session - because nothing helps us focus quite like a bit of fresh air!
Please note: Virtual sessions are automatically scheduled as video sessions - if you prefer a telephone or movement session, simply send a quick email to support@inua.ca after booking to let me know! A life coach can help you to examine the ways in which stress impacts your life and in identifying tools to manage it.
Stress energy can be leveraged, and coaching can provide you with the opportunity to learn about the impact of stress on the mind, body, and spirit, and to create strategies to funnel the energy into positive changes and resiliency.
Coaching tools can include action plans, journaling, meditation, mindfulness practice and breathwork to gain direction, insight and self-care.
Goal Attainment
Do you have big plans but never seem to get there? Do you have hopes and dreams but don’t know where to start? Do you find yourself setting goals but lack the time and energy to follow through?
A life coach can help you get there! By working through the art of proper goal setting, prioritization, and time management, we can all achieve what we set out to be!

Many of us care so deeply for the people in our lives that we spend hours and energy doing for them while neglecting ourselves. When we have a lot on our plate, it is easy to justify not taking time for ourselves; in fact, many of us even feel guilty or selfish at the notion of a little me-time.
But as they say, you can’t pour from an empty cup. Research shows that when we neglect ourselves, we can suffer burnout and compassion fatigue.
Through coaching, you can explore the importance of self-care, setting healthy boundaries, and all of the difficult feelings that might come along with those. A life coach can help you devise a reasonable plan for protection from burnout and learn to feel comfortable with prioritizing self-care.
Fees

In-office Coaching Session: $180 / 50 mins

In-home/Community Coaching Session: $165 / 50 mins (includes movement sessions)

Virtual Coaching Session: $150 / 50 mins (includes video, phone, and movement sessions)
Direct Billing
Many health benefit plans offer coverage for counselling provided by a social worker, and direct billing is available for many insurance providers.
Please ensure that your benefit plan provides coverage for BSW-level services! It is your responsibility to confirm this prior to scheduling your appointment.
Cancellation Policy
All appointment changes and cancellations must be received at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time in order to avoid fees.
Late cancellations and No-shows will result in a charge equal to 50% of your regular service charge.
Special Circumstances
Inua recognizes that access to a comprehensive health benefit plan is privileged.

Inua offers special pricing for FSCD recipients, some exact-reimbursement pricing plans, and a limited number of sliding-scale spots.
